3rd sem's Beach training (6April2008)

Last sem in melaka..should I go for the beach training?..i kept on considering about it.monday got exam and i think i dont have the time to do revision..how??Last minutes,i told Sim that i will go...haha..as usual,around 6am we went for dim sum before beach training...after that,we met at mmu roundabout.i had followed suki's car to tanjung bidara....When we reached there,me,sim,suki and luis straight zzz at there after we put on the mat while waiting for others to reached..really nice to zzz at beach..enjoyed the natural...After they reached,we started to warm up.





Master Chia arrived and started our training...


the first thing that we learned was fall..(actually every sem also same syllabus..haha..)


Besides that, we also learned roll...

after that,we all played water at there..i thought this sem i can escaped..no need to get throw but i still cant!!!i felt shook when wyne said is time to revenge and straight push me down..omg..drank a lot of sea water..extremely salty..=.=||...around 2pm,we left tanjung bidara and next round-MCd..haha...
