We are no longer labelled as official

Dear Fans,

Due to a sudden restructure matter that had taken place, Warner Music is no longer able to recognize us as the official fan club. They are just the sole distributor for albums of Avex and SM Entertainment in Singapore and Malaysia, thus they are unauthorized to issue us the certificate we need. Henceforth, we are unable to be declared the official fan club anymore.

Anyhow, we are still the main standing fan club in Malaysia as Warner Music, Avex and SM entertainment know our existence. We were the frontline of support for the artist in terms of promoting and helping out in events which took place in Malaysia. We are working hard on uniting all the fans in Malaysia to prove to the artist that we are strong in one. With your strongest supports, we hope that we will continue to grow as a team.

Unforeseen circumstances had popped up, and we chose to be honest and tell the truth to all of you out there as we are not at fault. We sincerely pledge for your forgiveness if any inconveniences were caused and earnestly hope for you understanding. Your support is all we need and the decision is in your hand.

Please kindly inform us on your decision whether to remain as members or to withdraw from the membership. A full refund will be made through bank-in for those who wish to withdraw from MY-TVXQ membership. Thus, please include your bank account number, name of the bank and the account holder’s name in the reply email as well. Only these banks are allowed for refund purposes:
(i) Maybank
(ii) Public Bank
(iii) CIMB
(iv) EON Bank
(v) AmBank
(vi) HSBC
(vii) RHB Bank

Please do reply to this email by 10th April 2009 on your decisions to administrator@official-my-tvxq.com with the email title [STAY] OR [WITHDRAW]. Kindly include your full name and IC number as stated in the registration form as a reference.

Kindly take note that for those who did not reply us by 10th April 2009, we will assume that you are willing to stay with us, no refund will be made and we thank you sincerely for that.

基于近期刚发生的重整事故，华纳音乐已经无法承认我们为官方歌迷会。他们仅是Avex和SM娱乐于新马一带唯一的专辑发行商，因此他们没有权利授予我们证明书。正因为如此，我们无法再被称为官方歌迷会了。

无论如何，我们仍然是马来西亚主要的歌迷会，因为华纳音乐、Avex以及SM娱乐都晓得我们的存在。我们曾是东方神起于马来西亚各类宣传活动的前线支柱，我们也正在努力结合所有大马歌迷的力量以期证明我们是强大的。有了您们最大的支持，我们也希望我们可以一同茁壮成长。

无法预知的状况发生了，然而我们选择了坦白是因为事故的发生，错并不在我们。我们诚恳的要求您们的谅解，也诚心的希望您们能够明白。您们的支持是我们的支柱，而决定权在您们的手上。

倘若您选择留下陪同我们一起度过此难关，我们当然心怀感激也非常感谢您的信任。我们肯定会付出全力把歌迷会发扬光大；如果您选择离开，我们同样能够谅解您的立场。

不管是去是留，我们敬请您一定要告知我们您的决定。至于那些选择退出歌迷会的，您之前所付上的会员费将通过银行汇款方式被全数退款。因此在回复邮件时请申明银行户口号码、银行名字以及户口持有者的姓名。只有以下列明的银行可以被选作退款用途：

Dear Fans,

We noticed that even after we had announced that we are no longer being LABELED as the Official Fan Club, there are still fans that are willing to join us. We are truly happy to hear that and we sincerely thank all the fans for trusting in us. Henceforth, we had decided to reopen the registration for a one week period, which is from now onwards until 5th April 2009.

Kindly take note that the membership term remains the same, which starts from 1st April 2009 until 31st March 2010.

敬请留意，会员期将照旧从2009年4月1日起至2010年3月31日。
